Currently looking for RV Management

We are a small Good Sam RV Park with a high rating located
in Mohave Valley, ARIZONA (Bullhead City, Lake Havasu and
Laughlin, NV area) looking for a team with office and
maintenance experience. Must have own RV and live on-site.
Full time year around (non seasonal) position preferred.
Office skills include computer and reservation experience,
bookkeeping, register and store inventory/sales. Maintenance
skills and knowledge of irrigation/sprinkler systems and
general landscape, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance
and grounds keeping. Our GS rating must be maintained.
As the RV Management Team, you are responsible for
maintenance and repairs, negotiating contracts with vendors,
regularly inspecting property to ensure it is in good
working order, quickly resolves emergency issues. The Office
portion requires keeping financial records from daily
completing daily and monthly financial
reports. You will need
to be on-call for after hour emergencies and any tenant
issues during your scheduled work days. Ideally, the
responsibilities would be split between the couple.
You are responsible for owner relations- keeping an open
dialogue with owner on every aspect of running the business
from physical condition of property to financial issues.
Competence with office management software and financial
reporting with a high level of organization and attention to
detail are a must. Strong interpersonal & professional
communication skills are required by both parties. FHU and
